How might we design a creative and ethical platform that establishes a pathway for designers to become entrepreneurs, equipping them with essential business skill sets and fostering a thriving design community?
Marks & Mortar seeks to reduce the friction in acquring creative services while helping creatives to manage clientʼs expectations of their services through a pricing ladder and having a checklist.
Freelance designer wants to do good design work for client and needs to feel in control of managing, delivering clientʼs expectations and deliverables. They canʼt achieve this due to client inevitably in micromanaging, which happens when deadlines and expectations are not met.
Because clients fear that deliverables are not up to their expectations.
